30 Days of Lists: Favorite Websites & Blogs
This is a list that I thought would take forever! How could I possibly narrow down my favorite websites and blogs? But I managed to choose a few that I just had to share :)
List 9: Favorite Websites & Blogs
- A Beautiful Mess: Elsie is a vintage shop owner and clothing designer, and all-around creative and inspiring blogger. Love her!
- Busy Bee Lauren: Lauren’s honesty, good or bad, is so lovely to read. I love following her journey, and picking up good book recommendations!
- Facebook: I tried to quit, but I’m back on FB again. I love how easy it makes keeping in touch with friends and family, plus I’m totally addicted to Texas HoldEm Poker and the CSI game, lol!
- Flickr: I started out loving it for it’s online photo album-like qualities, but am loving it more and more for a million reasons — Especially hosting blog images and the user community.
- Google: If you’re not on Gmail, Google Docs, Google Chat, Google Chrome, Google Reader, YouTube or, at the very least, Gmail, you need to get on it!
- Hulu: I would never be able to keep up with my favorite shows (or find new ones!) if it wasn’t for Hulu
- Jen Kakio: Jen’s my blog twin! She’s honest, hilarious, and just plain lovely :)
- The Maddy Chronicles: Maddy is an amazing photographer and awesome girl!
- Netflix: I have given countless hours of my life to Netflix! And my obsession with documentaries has grown exponentially because of it!
- New York Times: One of my favorite places to keep up with the headlines. Plus I feel like a total smarty pants when I’m reading, lol!
- Pandora: Create your own online radio station. For free. ‘Nuff said.
- Picnik: My favorite photo-editing website. I use it constantly. You should too. And spring for the premium membership. It’s around $25/year and more than worth it!
- Pugly Pixel: Katrina has some great downloads and resources, plus she’s a wealth of information. She’s also a great photographer and Pug mama :)
- Srslyliz: Srsly one of my favorite blogs! Liz is a blog designer/vintage shop owner with a lovely aesthetic.
- Twitter: I love being able to keep up with my friends and favorite bloggers/celebs!
- Yahoo!: I love me some Google, but I do visit Yahoo! daily as well — Especially OMG! (Celebs) and Shine (Girly stuff, fashion, recipes, etc.)
