Mixplate Monday 9.19.11
It’s been a bit of a crazy month — yup, that’s how long it’s been since the last time I posted for Mixplate Monday! Sad face :( But I’m back, and I’m gonna try to keep up with blogging a lot better than I have been lately!
Last Week’s Highlights
- Two study sessions, one at the Kalihi library and one at Salt Lake/Moanalua (free wifi!)
- A couple of late afternoon’s at work, no bueno
- One poke bowl for dinner. I can’t believe it, only one day last week!
- A botched study session with Tiari led to Costco and wine night with her fam; Good times with my two boys, Tyxae & Brucey!
- Buca di Beppo and Contagion with Matt & Megan
- Caught up with Doctor Who in time for the new episode; I am officially a devoted Whovian!
Weekend Happenings
- An insane amount of laundry
- An insane amount of homework
- The UH football team broke my heart with their road loss; At least we had good food at our house!
- Almost finalized all the details for our family trip to Cali; Less than two weeks!
Other Stuff I’ve Been Up to Lately
- Saw 30 Minutes for Less and Warrior. Will probably see Warrior again ;)
- More working on football with my dad
- A few sleepoevers at my mom’s; Love her <3
- Wahine volleyball with Matt & Megan; More wahine volleyball with Matt & Joelle
- Dinner at Phuket Thai, dinner at Genki, dinner at Kuru Kuru
- Finally signed up for the YMCA and a Costco card
- Planning a surprise party!
On The Agenda
- Get back to my Acai smoothies that I skipped out on last week
- Pay all my bills so I don’t miss anything while I’m on vacation
- Start writing out my packing list (I’m that OCD about it)
- A few workouts at the Y and a groceries trip to Costco
- Looking for a good pair of slippers
As Of Today
- Eating // Leftover pizza; I’ll eat healthier tomorrow, lol!
- Drinking // Water; Gonna try to drink nothing else this week
- Writing // My next paper; Trying to get ahead before my trip

I’ve been so bogged down with work, school and trying to have a personal life, that I haven’t found made the time to blog at all! But I miss my little space for writing and sharing whatever’s on my mind, so I definitely need to work on it. - Almeida’s exotic drama makeup look is so gorgeous. And I have all the colors she used so I want to give it a try.

- This shop has some of the prettiest iPhone cases ever; too bad mine is still so brand new.
