I’m posting two days in a row. What’s happening? Haha! I listened to a lot of music in the last couple of weeks, with a few pretty long bus and car rides (Anaheim to LA, Carlsbad and San Diego) to sit through on my trip and then cram study sessions since I’ve been home. Today is my mom’s birthday! I doubt she’d want the world to know, so I won’t say how old she is today, but she’s actually pretty young so it shouldn’t even matter. Anyhow, we’re off to celebrate at a surprise party with some of our close family and friends. It’s a karaoke thing and I can’t wait to hear everybody sing haha! I’m also excited to debut my mini pumpkin cheesecake and eat garlic chicken from Sugoi :)
But most importantly, of course: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOM! I love you <3
I wanna know // What are you up to this weekend? What have you celebrated recently?
Happy Sunday,
Tiera

So, I’m back. I ate too much in California, and though quite a few things went wrong on our trip, I had fun anyway :) I finally caught up on blog reading and have about a million things to share, so read on…

- Ghosts of Paris is a wonderful photography project.
- I think I’m going to try this DIY teeth whitening method.
- Loving these Little Red Riding Hood-inspired images, especially the first photograph.
- This whole secret stalker/Tumblr thing is creepy and surreal.
- Try and guess what year these photos were taken. Or just try to guess what decade.
- These sweet photos of celebrities jumping.
- I can’t wait to play with bokeh once I (hopefully) upgrade to a DSLR in the next few months.

- Irving Penn’s corner portraits are amazing.
- These typography videos are pretty amazing
- Gala’s wedding story is the sweetest.
