There is only one way to properly describe Mission: Impossible (4) – Ghost Protocol // So much fun!
Was it great? Well, no. Would I have like to go the rest of my life without seeing another Tom Cruise movie? Well, yes. (Don’t like, you know he freaks you out, too). But like I said, it was so much fun.
I’ve actually always like the Mission Impossible films, so after dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. one night (order the strawberry shortcake the next time you’re there, you’ll thank me later), my friend Matt & I decided to check oout Ghost Protocol.
Underneath the explosions, narrow escapes and the robotic parking garage lies a plot that’s actually decent for an action film. After breaking Ethan out of prison, the IMF is blamed for blowing up the Kremlin. The President enacts ghost protocol, burning the entire organization, leaving Ethan and his team out in the wind with nuclear weapons in the hands of the bad guys. The action sequences are stellar, and these guys got jokes (with an overwhelming sarcasm vibe that I obvsiously loved). Oh, and did I mention Simon Pegg is in this movie? Hurrays!
- Favorite Scene // The iPad scene. I cannot properly explain what took place in this scene, or how cool it was. You’ll have to see it.
- Total Hottie // Paula Patton. The girl oozes gorgeousness (and is the wife/baby mama of one of my favorite singers, Robin Thicke).
- Biggest Idiot // The rich Indian guy. He was such a skeeze, and a very strange bird. The Kremlin security guard (the one in the iPad scene) is an honorable mention for being so obsessed with even the possibility of leaking water.
- Coolest Contraption // A tie between the iPad thingy and the gloves (even though gloves lost a few points for the malfunction).
- Craziest Fight Scene // The robot parking garage. (Not a parking garage for robots, rather a car park with robotic mechanisms to transport cars between floors).
- Whiniest Moment // Brandt not wanting to jump into the computer fan. Far worse things were done without complaining.
- Heart-Warming Scene // Ethan and Julia sharing a few stolen glances in Seattle, and both being so content with distant moments so few and far between.

I agree the iPad was scene was cool and funny! Could you imagine if you had that in High School or at work!
The car port building fight was pretty bad ass, but I like when Paula and that girl fought in the hotel room. That was pretty cool. I wasn’t expecting her to kick her out of the window tho.
The ending was heartwarming in many levels, not only Julia, but with Luther and the whole team. That was a good ending to the whole movie.
