Today I’ll be surrounded by dogs! You see, my friend Niki and her boyfriend started and run a local meet up group for dogs of the same breed as theirs, Shiba Inu Hawaii. And today they’re celebrating their first anniversary with a fun event!

That’s so awesome!! We have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (loves. of. our. lives) and there is a little Meetup.com group here that organizes monthly dog park trips, little lunches at outside patio places that allow dogs, etc. It’s quite fun!
Also, being a dog nerd — I sort of love that my first visit here is about them lol!
