Project Love Note is always grateful for supplies to keep the project running, including: Note cards/envelopes and stationary, holiday cards, postage — Really, anything we can use to carry out the mission of the project, and share with other lovelies who want to get involved.
Also, the less-fortunate and the organizations that help them are always in need. If you feel so inclined, you’re welcome do donate small, non-perishable gift items, or send them with your love notes. Some simple and affordable donations include:
- For the elderly: Books (especially large-print), magazines and subscriptions, clothing, stationary and postage, holiday and home decor items, basic toiletries and home necessities, nutritional supplements (like Ensure and Ovaltine), sugar-free snacks, gift certificates and cards, handmade crafts
- For domestic violence victims: Clothing and accessories, unopened cosmetics, books and magazines, CDs/DVDs, basic toiletries and home necessities, gift certificates and cards, handmade creations
